This villa is located in Emerald Island Resort, a gated community with live guards 24/7. The resort has a club house with resort management and concierge services, two community pools and spas, a tiki bar for drinks and snacks, three playgrounds, tennis, basketball, volleyball, cyper cafe, arcade, sauna, fitness center and nature trail for walking. This sidewalk community provides a relaxing residential atmosphere.The first master bedroom has a king sized bed. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom. A sliding glass door leads to the pool and spa area. The pool area can also be accessed directly from the bathroom. The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is an en suite bath.More Details:: The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. These two bedrooms share the family bath with a tub and shower. There is a sofa in the living room along with a love seat. The villa can accommodate a maximum of eight guests. There is dining service for ten with six at the dining room table and four in the kitchen nook. The villa has a south facing pool and spa. The pool area can be accessed from the living room, the master bedroom or the master bedroom bath and is equipped with door alarms and safety fencing.Free telephone calls in the USA are provided. Bring your laptop computer as the villa is equipped with wireless Internet. There are five TVs and a three DVDs. Approximately 75 TV channels are available including several HBO offerings, Spanish speaking stations and the BBC. The property has a full equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
