However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. Please review prior to submitting your booking.-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm – 7 am.- No Patio Access after 10 pm- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.- High Chair & Pack n’ Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.- Guests must climb stairs to access the home from the garage, the alley, as well as the boardwalk. There is also a full staircase permitting access to 3 of the 4 bedrooms and laundry facilities located on the 2nd level.- You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the two-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
