Beautiful 4 bedroom vacation home on the 8th hole of the PGA West Nicklaus Private Course. Amazing South and West mountain views. Enjoy the afternoon sun from the pool or hot tub or enjoy the evening under the stars. 3 car parking (one in the garage, two in driveway), a fully stocked kitchen and a grill with an amazing view. Desk setup to work remote with a great view! We have made this our vacation home so everything you want should be here (and a few things you didn’t know you wanted).House comes with 4 bedrooms, all en suite (one is a casita) and a spare bathroom in the hall. Smart TVs in all bedrooms as well as one in the living room and one in the fully stocked game room (complete with 1162 game arcade machine, game table and a nice selection of games, puzzles and books). Living room is comfy and relaxing, and you can swivel the chairs from watching the tv to watching the sunset. Everything you need to relax and get away from it. And the casita is a great place for a couple who wants their own space away from everyone else.
