Description
Our beautiful home is located in the luxury Providence Golf Club, near everything you need in Central Florida – from Disney and Universal Parks in Orlando to Busch Gardens and the beautiful beaches near Tampa (Clearwater and St. Petersburg).With a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room we accommodate up to 8 guests in our 2 master suites with king beds + 2 more bedrooms with 2 twin beds each.Private pool in the backyard with deck chairs, table and full resort amenities included.Located in the gated community of Rosemont Woods at Providence Resort, our home has Mediterranean style architecture and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with your own West facing private pool. It is a single story home that has a modern appeal with all the comforts of your own home.As you enter the front door you will appreciate the natural light that fills the home. There is an open floor plan where the kitchen overlooks the living and dining rooms. The kitchen has white appliances and granite counter tops. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The dining room has table seating for 6. The living room has sectional seating with a large flat panel TV.There are 2 master suites, both with King size beds. Each master suite has an ensuite bathroom featuring single sink vanities and standing showers. There are 2 bedrooms with each having 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have TVs.Outside you will find that your private pool is screened in for your comfort with a covered lanai so you can enjoy dinner al fresco, no matter the weather. The outdoor table seats up to 6. There is a pool safety fence for added security; this can be removed and replaced as desired by guests but we do encourage you to leave it up when not in use. 4 sun loungers are provided for sun bathing.Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires an extra charge of $25 to turn on + $20/day during your stay.We also provide crib and high chair for kids with no extra costs.
