Above this room and accessed by ladder in the hall is the sleeping loft. The fourth bathroom for the Marine Guest Suite is accessible through the hallway as well.The Seaside Studio Suite is a studio apartment on the ground floor that is completely independent from the main house on the second level. It has a cal King bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a full size high end kitchen and adjacent seating area. Folding patio doors from the seating area lead out to the lower level lanai and grassy backyard.The media lounge is an open living room on the ground level. There is a U-shaped RH cloud sectional facing the 110″ projector screen for watching movies or your favorite team play. Behind the sofa is bar height seating for 6.
