This home features 6 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a private den/ office with privacy curtains and a queen sofa sleeper that can be used as a 7th bedroom. Two master bedrooms, one located on the main floor for easier access. This home is located on a quiet culdesac and just a minute walk and you are at the park and sand volleyball court. Some of the amenities you will enjoy are the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, outdoor BBQ island, fire pit, gazebo and private fenced salt water pool. The driveway features covered parking and can fit 6 vehicles overnight.*Pool Heat $199 per week, monthly rate available for long term stays Please request 1 week in advance to request the pool heated. Pool is heated to @78 degrees when outside weather permits.WiFi and wireless internet provided! There is also a community heated pool that is included at no charge if you do not want to add additional fees to your stay. Parks, walking trails everywhere! Great location! Newly remodeled and features new furnishings, super clean, heavily stocked kitchen too. Along with its close proximity to the major highways, this home is less than 30 minutes from major attractions and activities. Only a few minutes from the popular Scottsdale, the malls, casinos, golf courses, Phoenix, ASU, museums, theaters and spring training baseball stadium.We abide by the “Good neighbor Policy” your full security deposit is at risk if we have an incident. No street parking, excessive noise, music, parties, or gatherings allowed at this property. Outdoor quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am.
