Multi-family Chalet located on the beginner Sachem Ski Trail. Perfect for multiple families to stay all in one place, anytime of the year, not just during ski season!!! This house is centrally located on the mountain and is perfect for all levels of skiers and snow boarders. The four-level layout offers ample space. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 3rd floor has 1 Bdr, 4th floor has 1 Bdr. and loft w/ 2 twin beds. Attached apartment has 2 Bdr’s. Total of 15 beds, sleeps 22 adults.Pictures do not do this house justice. Very spacious house. Two family rooms, each with their own wood fireplace. There is a game room with a 75″ TV, Foosbal Table, arcade games, Shuffleboard, BossToss and Ring Swing. Ski right out the back yard to the Sachem Trail and down to the Sunburst Six lift.During winter 4WD may be necessary to access house.A Studio Apt. is on 1st flr that is NOT part of this rental, can be added for separate fee. Sleeps an additional 6 Adults.House does NOT have air conditioning.
