With three separate patios, and views from most rooms, this vacation rental has all you and your family have been craving of the coast! Located in Mission Beach with all of the finest amenities one could expect for a truly exceptional vacation – location, relaxation, and plenty of sunshine!Retire to the comfort of your primary retreat that features a King-size bed while the secondary bedrooms have Queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom treats you to bunk beds. Please note this is a second-story condo that requires access by stairs and sleeps six adults, with a 9-guest maximum should you have the little ones (9 adults will not fit in this home, and will not be approved). Also, there is no A/C, like most homes in the coastal area, and pets are firmly not allowed. You will have tandem garage parking for two vehicles. If luxury is a must, then this is the unit for you!Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.Please note that from June 15-August 17, this property requires a seven night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday’s only.This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by the local city officials.San Diego Beach Rentals and Sales, LLC Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival.
