Recently updated, freshly painted, 55-inch TV in living area, TVs in each bedroom, high speed internet, and workstation.The master bedroom offers a king size bed, TV, adjoining bathroom, and direct access to the expansive deck. The second and third bedrooms each include a queen bed and TV. There is a second bathroom located in the hallway.The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and all necessary cooking equipment. The living area includes a TV and sofa sleeper with direct access to the deck and amazing views. The dining table can seat up to 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar area. The condo comes with towels, linens and a full-sized washer/dryer. Beach goers can also enjoy the items in the beach closet, consisting of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. The quaint 9 unit building also includes a private pool, underground parking, 2 designated parking spaces, outdoor showers, communal BBQs, and direct beach access located at the south side of the building.Property is within close proximity to numerous golf courses, water parks, restaurants, and many other family friendly activities.Come enjoy your stay at what is sure to become your next annual vacation spot!NOTE: The property does not have an elevator, required to climb 2 flights of stairs to access. Only 2 parking spaces available, no street parking. Pest control requires access to the property for 5 minutes on the first Friday of every month, renters asked to allow them access.
