Great location next to the Beach Club and main dune walkover at the Pointe West Resort! Beach Villa is modern, comfortable, and clean and can accommodate a family of 6. There are beautiful views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the balcony with sunrise in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Located in the heart of the Pointe West, the Beach Club and amenities are moments away. The beach is stunning, expansive, regularly groomed, and closed to vehicle traffic – making it the perfect spot to enjoy the surf or build sand castles with your family.The Beach Club is elevated and has an infinity edge pool (with heated Jacuzzi and children’s wading pool) overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The club also has a restaurant, bar (wonderful views!), fitness center, game room, gift shop, and picnic area with gas grills. The restaurant, bar, and gift shop hours vary by season. In addition to stairs and elevators, wheel chair accessible ramps are provided for guests.There is a heated sunset pool which is located bay side. A full basketball court on the grounds. There are more than 3 miles of beach and 6 miles of biking trails at the Resort. A fire pit, which is perfect for building a camp fire and toasting marshmallows, is located near the condo. Bring your fishing gear as you can cast & catch right from the shoreline.The Sunset pool is heated on the bay side of the resort, it includes a lazy river surrounded by swaying palm trees. The pool and Jacuzzi provide a relaxing atmosphere with views of the sunset on the bay. There is also a lanai with a grill. Bring binoculars there also to watch beautiful birds and wildlife.The owners personally manage the Beach Villa and are highly committed to the quality of each guest’s experience. The condo is maintained in top condition. They charge a $25 per person per stay fee for guests age 4 and up which is collected at the Beach Club Office (masks optional). The Club contacts guests by email prior to arrival to collect payment.2) The Condo Buildings and the Beach Club have stairs plus one elevator per building. Elevator access can not be guaranteed because the elevators are not in service 100% of the time. If you are unable to use the stairs, we strongly recommend that you stay somewhere else.3) Guests should strongly consider purchasing damage protection from VRBO. Similar to staying in a hotel or renting a car, guests are responsible for damages that they cause. In cases where damage protection is not purchased, VRBO incorrectly states that a guest’s liability is limited to the damage deposit amount. That is not correct.R#437591
