The view! Our peaceful studio has everything you need to enjoy your time with us including an amazing view of the lake. It has a full kitchen, tiny bathroom and laundry. The Carriage House is in a stand alone structure located near our home. The private Suite is a clean, fresh, airy, one room studio-style self contained unit.It is close to a LOT of outdoor activities: swimming, boating, river rafting/kayaking, golfing, zip lining, biking, hiking, and walking. From studio, its only 15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement park, 25 minutes to Charlotte, NC or Airport. An easy drive to big city attractions. At days end, relax and enjoy dinner by the lake!Guest access: FREE on road or driveway parking.Guests are encouraged to use the white double decker dock, rocking chairs, hammock, backyard, porch and courtyard area.Other things to noteThere is a no smoking, vaping, burning things (i.e. candles, incense), or doing illegal drugs in the Carriage House Suite. There us a $500 fine and we will ask you to leave. (Except for the illegal part… what you do outside is your business)We are generally on site and will access other portions of the Carriage House from time to time.
