Available Jan 1, 2023. Minimum 3 month stay.Our condo is located in the elite condominium complex of 7167 E Rancho Vista Drive #1005 Camelview Village. We are located on the ground floor and have a small backyard. The condo is a one bedroom with a King sized bed, a small den w/ a luxury Queen Murphy Bed/ Desk, 1 full bath and a half bath as well. There is a w/d within the unit. Unit includes one parking space inside the gated garage with access to the ground floor by elevator or stairs. Amenities include 2 outdoor pools and spas, 1 indoor pool and spa, a gym, a basketball and racquetball court. We have a small onsite restaurant/bar and an onsite drycleaners. We are located across Highland Ave. from Scottsdale Fashion Square and less than a 5 minute walk to 10 restaurants, and a 10-15 minute walk to Old Town Scottsdale.
