The home is naturally cooled by sea breezes or, there is also air conditioning, if you prefer. The beach house has 2 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms with floor to ceiling black and white marble tile; appropriately proportioned showers with glass doors as well as an air jetted tub. A Private media room complete with wet bar and HD projector is a great space for entertaining and watching TV. A Living room with gas fireplace and water views is the perfect place to read a good book or take a nap on one of the two loungers.The gourmet kitchen is complete with subzero fridge, dishwasher blender, toaster and microwave and fully stocked with all the tools you would need to cook a complete meal.This safe neighborhood is enjoyed by many who run and walk the streets for enjoyment and exercise.
