Smart TV available for access to all streaming services. *There is no cable TV*. 1 very large and comfortable sectional sofa and two lounge chairs. Our beautiful and open kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.Bathrooms: 3 full private, ensuite large bathrooms. Hand soap, body wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. 2nd floor, near the living room, has an additional half bathroom containing a sink and toilet.-Tons of closet space and shelf space in all three bedrooms. Closet hangers provided.-Energy efficient central HVAC.-Most premium high speed WIFI-Fresh towels provided.-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent and softener provided for on-site laundry.-Iron and small ironing board.-Hair Dryers in each bathroom.-Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible.
