There are multiple beach access points within 10 minutes of the villa.Golf courses are located approximately 5 minutes from the entrance to Seabrook Island and on nearby Kiawah Island.Bohicket Marina, a five-minute bike ride, offers fishing charters for inshore and offshore, motorboat rentals, shops, and restaurants. (There are additional guest charges for golf fees, tennis court usage, and fitness club.) The beach, Island House and Beach Club are an easy 8–10-minute bike ride or drive through the beautiful Seabrook community. The Lake House Recreation Center is a short walk across the street with its full exercise facility, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, playground, basketball court, lake and walking paths. To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded.
