It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of golf courses, some located just a few minutes off Tuscan Ridge.You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious family and living rooms, both with views of the pool area and direct access to the pool through patio doors. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the private pool. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. There are five flat TVs in the villa (ROKU TV). All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The well equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions, a breakfast nook and a bar. You will enjoy a screened pool (optional heating available) and a large L-shaped lanai with fans, lights and padded pool furniture. The entrances to the pool are equipped with child safety fence to help protect your children. The game room is exceptionally attractive. Pool table, table tennis (ping – pong), darts, and other attractions (see the pictures). Your little ones are most welcome to the villa; a high chair, a stroller and a pack ‘n play are all waiting for them. There is a separate laundry room. FREE unlimited local, regional and long distance calling across the U.S., to Canada and Puerto Rico and fast unlimited internet connection with free WIFI in the home and the pool area – all for your convenience.The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient management company.The Tuscan Ridge community also has a communal tennis court (free of charge).
