You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.Entry: From the parking lot, take the stairs *Stairs required* to the 2nd floor and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.Family room: Large family room area with oceanviews. Plenty of seating!Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Oceanviews!Bathroom 1: Stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.Bedroom 2: Comfortable queen bed & a bunk bed!Bathroom 2: Shower/tub combo located in the hallway.Balcony: Beautiful oceanview. Incredible for sunrises!Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor pool! Open seasonally at HOA discretion.Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.Washer/Dryer: A few washers/dryers are located in the complex.A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.Pier: Pier is currently closed for construction. It will NOT be open for use during the stay.Guest Access:Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool (based on seasonal operation).The Neighborhood:The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation. Although the area is quiet, you are still a quick drive to all the great restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer!Getting Around:Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.Other Things to Note:PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.Cancellation Policy – Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.Routine Pest Control happens on the second Monday of every month.
