Chill favorite bottles while dinner simmers — the adjacent wet bar features an ice maker and wine fridge.The oversize island seats six, while the light-filled dining room includes a table for eight.BED & BATHSleep soundly in the skylit primary suite, highlighted by cathedral beam ceilings, a smart TV, and an inviting king bed. Soak up the sun on the deck, where two loungers overlook the gardens. The spa-like bath includes a walk-in rain shower, a Japanese soaking tub, dual vanities, and a separate water closet.The spacious second suite occupies the entire top floor, complete with a living area, a table for four, and a queen bed. A convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, dishwasher, and efficiency cooktop. The en-suite bath holds a walk-in shower.Two guest rooms are each furnished with a queen bed. It is one of the largest homes in all of Provincetown.More recently, artist Ciro Cozzi and partner Patti called this property home (two doors from the landmark Ciro & Sal’s Restaurant). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
