Bedrooms equipped with 1King and 2 Queen size beds and high quality linens.There are 2 smart TVs, some board games, books , pool toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella and other accessories.Also there’s a laundry room, for you to use it when needed and it is free!Guest accessThere’s electronic smart lock and you will get your code in the day of arrivalThere are 4 outside cameras , located at the patio/pool area, door entry, driveway and pool equipment. The cameras are motion detected and are for security purposes only.No parties or events are allowed. The pool is heated during months of October 15th-March 15th and during hours of 7:00 am- 11 am and 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm at no extra charge.
