The unit also has a ceiling fan in each room, extra portable fans as well as vented windows to maximize the flow of the ocean breeze.DOES IT HAVE A VIEW OF THE OCEAN?YES! It has an unobstructed view of the lawn, beach and ocean. The walk to the beach is just about 1 minute from the lanai.DOES THE CONDO INCLUDE USE OF A POOL & FITNESS CENTER?Yes. All Kiahuna Plantation guests have free access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street. For access you will check in at Poipu Beach Athletic Club. You will find a large swimming pool, water slide, hot tub, full gym, full locker rooms, 2 half basketball courts, 3 pickleball courts and 4 tennis courts. NO STAIRS!!!CAN YOU HEAR ROAD NOISE FROM THE CONDO?No. This unit is far away from Poipu Road where the road noise comes from. You will, however, hear the ocean waves coming from the beach.IS BEACH GEAR INCLUDED?Yes! The condo includes 2 bodyboards, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler. There is beach rental hut on the beach that provides free beach towels and additional paid beach gear rentals.
