This home sleeps 12 comfortably.- 1st bedroom / First Floor / 1 queen bed, and an ensuite full bathroom- 2nd bedroom / Second Floor / 2 twin beds- 3rd bedroom / Second Floor / 1 queen bed- 4th bedroom / Second Floor / 2 double beds and 1 futon (SmartTV)- Three full bathrooms: 1st floor has two full baths with standing showers, 2nd floor has one full bath with standing shower.- Central air and heat- Open-concept eating/living room- Living room has a sofa set with a smart TV- Full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher-WiFi- Cable TV with Streaming services available bring your logins-Natural Gas Grill- Beach badges included to the beautiful private beach with lifeguards- Parking on premise for three cars, one in front of the house, and two, side by side, in the back of the house.- Guests must provide their own toiletries and linens (pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, etc), their own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc) and their own cleaning products (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, windex, Lysol, etc).- No smoking please!- No pets allowedHome is located on a dead-end street for the kids.Please respect our neighbors.
