Our fourth bedroom has a commercial quality triple queen bunk beds built to sleep 6 adults, with 800 pound capacity per bed. Each room is equipped with brand new Samsung smart tv’s for easy self-streaming access. The Master also has a Pack N Play Travel Crib (no regular crib).This home has a beautiful kitchen/dining room that seats 12 people comfortably, and tons of kitchen equipment. Numerous seating options throughout our entire home.Outdoor heated pool/ hot-tub/ kitchen and grill area with two Tv’s outside to enjoy while you’re chillin and grillin with the family!The entire home is yours to enjoy, except for two interior supply closets!Self- entry access and exit.7 day minimum stayThere is a secure detached 2 car garage where you can park your vehicles, as well as ample driveway parking! This spacious home sleeps up to 12 people comfortably.NO PARTIES!- NO SMOKING anywhere!- We provide 1 towel per guest, with extra towels on site if needed-No unauthorized guests allowed without permission.- LATE CHECKOUT FEE OF $200 FROM 10:00-11:00. FROM 11:00-12:00, THE FEE IS $500. AFTER 12:00, THE FEE IS HALF OF THE NEXT GUEST’S TOTAL RESERVATION AMOUNT. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE CANT HAVE LATE CHECKOUTS AS IT INTERFERES WITH THE TURNOVER OF CLEANING AND THE NEXT GUEST’S STAY.- Be respectful of neighbors.- Do not touch owners car in the garage, as guests will be charged for any damages.-Trash is every Friday. Guest must take trash out to the curb before Friday morning.-1 pets allowed under 30lb allowed with prior approval of type, breed, and age by host.-Having a pet will incur a extra fee.-Grill gas handles must be turned off after each use.-No music or Tv outside past 9 pm.- 7 day minimum stay- No food, gum, or candy in any beds please!-No more than 12 people allowed on the property, no unauthorized guests allowed without permission.- Extra guests over the 12 person limit (if approved by host) are subject to $100 per person per night.
