It is adjacent to an outdoor dining area with 42″ Lynx grill.The dining room comfortably seats 12-14 around a large table, the Library has a large comfortable sofa and another TV, and the game room has a ping pong table.The second floor has two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, and a laundry room. The third floor has three more bedrooms and a large bathroom with “wet room.”The home was extensively renovated with modern conveniences, including central air, and there are ceiling fans in each bedroom. The property has off-street parking, a wrap-around front porch, a heated pool and hot tub, a gas fire-pit, and a large fenced back yard.Inside, the home is appointed with every amenity imaginable, such as luxury linens, high speed wireless internet, three TVs, Apple TV, Sonos multi-room stereo system, cable, bikes, cribs, and beach toys. New furniture, antiques and artwork are constantly being added.
