The 1.3 acre lawn is perfect for a friendly game of touch football or any of the other numerous outdoor activities we have available, such as bocce ball, badminton, corn hole, Etc… After a fun-filled day, relax with an evening bonfire at our lakeside fire pitThis home’s 3 bedrooms (the ability to climb stairs is recommended for all bedrooms) and 4 bathrooms sleep 10 comfortably.The Master Suite features a king bed and private sitting area with panoramic lake views, a private bath with claw foot tub and walk-in shower.The Queen Bedroom features panoramic lake and mountain views.Bedroom 3, the Bunk Room, offers 2 twin beds and 2 trundle beds to sleep up to 4 people.Larger groups will appreciate the queen murphy bed in the family room.The Master bedroom has its own 55-inch TV with the other bedrooms having there own 43 inch TV’s with cable and Free WiFi is available throughout the home, and a washer/dryer is available for use.Prepare gourmet meals in the comfort of the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Chefs and non-chefs alike will appreciate the kitchen’s bar seating and a dining room that seats up to 10. After a delicious meal, snuggle up in the family room in front of the 70-inch TV with cable, XBOX 360, DVD player, and an extensive movie library.Our home is within walking distance of Gordons Landing and the ferry to NY. Burlington is a 30-minute drive, and day trips to Stowe, Montpelier, Killington, and Woodstock are less than two hours away.
