UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we’ll provide you the address!WHAT’S INCLUDED:The following starter supplies are provided in the unit*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in Florida.*Two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths in each bathroom.*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.HOUSEKEEPING:There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.**During these trying times, our guests’ safety and well-being are our number one priority. We employ a professional cleaning company with trained employees who practice enhanced cleaning protocols and use cleaning products according to CDC guidelines designed to sanitize and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.****For added safety, we offer contactless check-in procedures. No charcoal use in gas grill.TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in front of curb.
