The nearest boat launch is less than 1 mile away from the property. The large lanai is complete with a heated swimming pool and outdoor kitchen and entertaining area with many tranquil seating areas. The gourmet kitchen will not disappoint and is fully appointed with all the necessities for you to make a feast! The master is just off the kitchen and living area and has its own private suite to do a bit of work or just enjoy some quiet time. The ground floor also offers two bedrooms and one doubles as a game room that the kids will love. There are a total of two full baths and a half bath on the ground floor and a full laundry room.
