The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.No matter how long you stay in this beautiful town home, each time you come back from your day’s adventures, you will feel ‘right at home’!For those bringing their pet for the stay, there is a $250/stay fee.NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.* Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.* Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a Patron Fee for use if the Resort Amenities. There are 2 spaces allocated in front of the villa and any further will need to park in MARKED spaces as per HOA rules.* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $30/night + taxes.* A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. There will be a $250 pet fee per stay.* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.* There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.* The home has a smart keypad lock.
