Summary:Ideally situated in the heart of San Diego, this Bay Park ocean view and Mission Bay view home is both magnificent and unique.The home has three bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths spread over three levels. (There is no elevator.) It was designed and built by renowned modern architect Bruce Dammann.The Space:The main floor is wide open, with floor to ceiling windows and includes a dining room that can seat up to eight people, a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious living room that flows into the backyard. There is a powder room and laundry area in the garage.The large backyard has a spacious deck with outdoor dining and a six-person spa.The entertainment level on the second floor has a front balcony, a 50″ TV and ample custom sofa seating.All three bedrooms are on the third floor. The enormous master suite includes a love seat and daybed seating area, along with a Queen bed and fireplace. Nearly forty feet of floor to ceiling windows provide exceptional views of Coronado Island, Point Loma and ocean from Ocean Beach to La Jolla. The view of Mission Bay is breathtaking, especially watching the nightly fireworks from Sea World.The second and third bedrooms are joined though a single pass-through doorway, which combines the two rooms and a full bath. The two rooms do have doors that can divide them but multiple parties sharing these two rooms should be familiar. Room two has a Double bed and a futon. The third room has a Queen. There is also a Twin air mattress in the house, providing sleeping for up to eight guests. Lying in bed you will see planes taking off in the distance, the Coronado Islands, Point Loma and miles of ocean from Ocean Beach to La Jolla.The view of Mission bay is breathtaking, especially watching the nightly fireworks from Sea World. The master also features a spacious bathroom and vanity area.The second and third bedrooms are joined though a single doorway, which combines the two rooms and a full bath, and can serve as a second master setting. The two rooms do have doors that can divide them but multiple parties sharing these two rooms should be familiar. Room two has a full size bed and a futon. The third room has a queen. There is also a twin air mattress in the house, providing sleeping for 8 guests. If there are children, the daybed in the master would also be a viable sleeping space.
