Some additional inside luxury features include: Sonos sounds system, motorized shades, heated bathroom floors and storm shutters.Outside the home is an oceanside oasis with private dock. The outdoor patio provides for outdoor seating with amazing sunset views! The private dock is yours to swim, launch kayaks or stand up paddle boards. Walk across the street to Mother’s Beach and/or enroll your children in KBIA for your stay! Parking for up to four cars.The home comes with luxury Cuddledown Linens and towels.
