This reverse living oceanfront is well laid out, tastefully decorated and has spectacular oceanviews. The open concept floor plan encompassing the living room, dining room and kitchen takes full advantage of the breathtaking oceanviews and is surrounded by windows and is flooded with light. It is a perfect space for gathering. The amenities are too numerous to mention but include a gas fireplace, a wet bar with a wine refrigerator and dishwasher, a Gourmet kitchen with an abundance of counter and bar space, a Subzero refrigerator, 6 burner gas stove, a large pantry with french doors and a wall of custom built-ins in the dining room. Sitting off of the living room is an oceanfront deck that runs the entire width of the house. Tucked away off of the gathering space is a powder room and an outdoor staircase leading to a spacious rooftop deck with panoramic island views. The master suite (queen) and guest bedroom (queen) share a large covered deck sitting right on the dunes edge all while still providing an oceanview. Two additional bedrooms (1 queen, 1 bunked full size beds) and a full bathroom make up the sleeping quarters. The details throughout this stylish home are evident.
