There are a total of 5 Shower/Bathrooms (one also includes a free standing tub) and 2 additional powder rooms.Two sleeping en-suites are on the main level. The second floor hosts two bedroom en suites that are accessed by the grand spiral staircase. The third floor is comprised of an oversized open air bedroom loft. It includes a private entrance to the third floor and private powder room and a kitchenette with small refrigerator and coffee maker. There are two lanais on either side of the loft, providing amazing ocean sunset from one and the sun rising over the mountains in the morning. A shower/bathroom exclusively dedicated to the third floor is at the entry to the loft.Aloha Suite (Master) is on the second floor. It includes an ocean front, furnished covered lanai with a full size hot tub overlooking the ocean. The King Size Tempur Pedic bed faces the azure blue waves. Aloha Suite includes another unique work of art by Gupta. It is inlayed glass etched monstera leaves under the free standing bathtub and also meandering their way up the walls of the tiled shower. This impressive piece of art that has been displayed in both national and international publications.From the stair case there is a covered outdoor pathway with magnificent views of Mount Hualalai leading to the Dolphin Retreat. Dolphin Retreat has a king size bed in a private tropical retreat setting. Your lounging lanai has a shoreline view looking north for what seems like forever. There is an Ensuite walk-in shower, commode and sink. It also includes a flat screen TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, a chaise lounger that is perfect as a junior twin bed, and a desk and chair.On the third floor we proudly present:Lanihau (Heavenly Hibiscus). Looking out to the ocean on three sides, you are literally surrounded by the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean! The Lanihau Loft has two lanais: The oceanfront lanai has breathtaking views up and down the coast as if perched in a crows nest. The mauka (mountain) view lanai is the ideal location to enjoy that first sip of Kona coffee while sharing in the view of the sun rising above the mountains each morning. A highly desirable 1800s Antique Chinese Wedding Bed is artfully displayed in the center of the room (originally owned by Bart Ward of ‘Batman and Robin’ fame). There is also a twin size day bed for lounging, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, small refrigerator, sink, commode, and library. This is an open air oversized loft with no solid door for entry off of the stair case… but much more of a private overall feel. (This area has its own private third floor elevator access and cannot be seen from any of the lower floors.Sit on any one of the numerous ocean front lanais and be entertained by the spinner dolphins, whales and turtles. These are just some of the many visitors that on any given day may find their way to the ocean just steps away from your vacation paradise.The grand lanai off of the great room has a large covered area gently leading to the open sunning area and ocean front infinity swimming pool. The ocean is just steps beyond. The area is large enough for an event with the intimacy of a family gathering.House Rules:Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am… no disturbing of the peace…Sound that is audible beyond property boundary line during non quiet hours should not be more excessive than a normal residential area…Guest vehicles only allowed to be parked in driveway…
