This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other smoking device.- Pets under 20lbs are welcome (Pet fee $150)- No Parties or Events- Check In is any time after 3:00 PM- Check Out by 11:00 AM- Self Check In/Check Out via keyless door lock with assigned PIN Code- Security Deposit: Renters are liable for any violation and/or damages to the home up to the full amount of their security deposit- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.Please note that we do not provide speakers or sound systems for use in our properties.POOL: We charge for pool heating only if usage exceeds 15 therms. We are reasonable about the fees and will provide exact usage if charged. Pool heating fees in excess of 15 therms will incur a charge of $50 per day. Pools can only be heated up to 82 degrees between 9am and 5:00 pm. If you would like the pool heated, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival so we can start to heat the pool for your arrival. Pool and Spa hours are between 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding.SPA :PLEASE DO NOT HEAT THE SPA OVERNIGHT or you will be charged a $100 spa heating excess fee. Spas can be heated up to 101 degrees between 5pm-10pm only. We just ask guest to be energy conscious when heating the pool and spa.No use of pool and spa during Quiet hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AMAny pool and/or spa heating charges will be either assessed or taken from security deposit.MAXIMUM GUESTS: City of La Quinta permit allows for 8 guests overnight and no more than 16 guests during the day. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a minimum fine of $200 per person.PARKING: Maximum of 4 cars. PGA West prefers no street parking so please park on the driveway first, then street if necessary. Any cars parked on the street must not be parked opposite of traffic or will be ticketed by community patrol. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of up to 4 cars that will be given access.CITY OF LA QUINTA RULES & FINES:General Short Term Vacation Rental (STVR) violations (occupancy/noise/parking) may result in fines of $500 to $5,000. No Parties.Hosting a special event at a STVR without a special event permit is $5,000STVR rules apply regardless if unit is rented (applicable to owner or guest of owner)No Sound Amplification Allowed At Any Time. Notwithstanding provisions in LQMC Section 3.25.070, Subsection (E), to the contrary, no radio receiver,musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound may be used outside or be audible from the outside of any short-term vacation rental unit at any time.Noise Limit. No person at a short-term vacation rental unit (whether inside or outside the unit) shall willfully make any unreasonably loud noise to the extent that it disturbs the peace and quiet of any neighborhood or imposes upon the privacy and rights of others nearby the short-term vacation rental unit. “Unreasonably loud noise” shall be determined by a city official visiting the short-term vacation rental unit and using the standards set forth in LQMC Section 11.08.040. The noise limits in this paragraph are in addition to any other noise requirements set forth in the LQMC, including LQMCSection 3.25.070, Subsection (E), as modified by this order.GOLF CART USE: Registered guests may use the golf cart to experience and see the wonderful community within PGA West. If you plan on using the golf cart, you must follow the rules and guidelines below:- Only adults ages 18 years or older are allowed to drive the golf cart. PGA West can fine underage golf cart drivers at their discretion from $500 up to $2,500 for golf cart violations.-Golf cart CAN ONLY BE DRIVEN WITHIN THE PGA Community (not to be used outside the gates as it is not street legal or a registered vehicle)-The total run time varies depending on speed, load, etc. There is a battery gauge but please do not rely on the gauge completely as it is simply an estimate. If the golf cart starts to stutter and/or lose spend, then it’s probably time to recharge the battery,- Please use seat belts at all times.- Garage doors remain closed at all times except when taking out or taking in the Golf Cart.-Golf cart MUST BE PARKED INSIDE THE GARAGE overnight.-RETURN THE GOLF CART KEY to the designated area on the wall next to the fire extinguisher as you enter the house from the garage.-Please PLUG IN the charger to the golf cart upon return or when not in use.We want all guests to enjoy their stay and ask that you follow the above and be safe!Enjoy your stay and hope you come back again.GOLF COURSE: The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the golf course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.- Keep garage door closed at all times.We want all guests to enjoy their stay and ask that you follow the above and be safe!
