This house is just a 3 minute walk to the beach!This beautiful oasis boasts a private swimming pool with waterfall June 30, 2022 and beautiful palm trees to lounge under.The outdoor space boasts a covered porch with dinning and sitting areas, back deck overlooking the back yard and pool, grilling area and outdoor shower. The pool is heated in the Spring and Fall. It is not heated November through February.Inside this beautiful retreat you will find 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Upstairs you have an open concept family room with dining and kitchen.The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and backsplash and a table for 8 along with 5 bar stools.Also on this floor are two bedrooms including the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with a master bath with a rain shower.The three additional bedrooms are as follows: bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a queen and a set of bunk beds with an optional trundle bed. This new home sleeps 13 people
