This home has a spacious great room with an easy flow between the living, family, dining and kitchen areas – all of which have beautiful floor to ceiling doors and windows which allows natural lighting throughout the home. All rooms have doors leading them to the great outdoor space at this house.The bright living room has high ceilings, lots of natural light and a great view of the outdoor space and pool. The family room has a large sectional sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV, and a DVD player. The formal dining room, right next to the kitchen, sports a large round table for 12 and doors that also open to this side yard where the Barbecue and fireplace are located.A spacious, and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. A center island with an additional sink provides lots of room for creating meals and having fun in the kitchen. At the other end of the kitchen, with views of the front yard, is a breakfast nook with seating for 8.The master suite, located in its own wing of the house, features a 4-poster California king bed, as well as a large luxurious day bed. The recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and large French doors opening out to the pool and spa make this space bright, and breezy. A flat screen TV, fireplace and a walk-in closet round out its bountiful amenities. The full master en suite bathroom is very spacious with 2 sinks, an over-sized jetted tub and seperate shower area.The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed and a comfortable couch that can be used as a full size sleeper. This bright and cheery room also has access to the patio, and has a beautiful, full en suite bath.The 2nd guest bedroom also has a queen bed, a full en suite bath and patio views and access also. The 4th guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Just off the sleeping area are a large sitting room, a dressing area, and a sofa and an entertainment center with a flat screen TV.
