If you are looking for WIDE OPEN OCEAN VIEWS, and peaceful relaxation… THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.This is a fully remodeled and tastefully updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, with 180 degree ocean views, and is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Rio Del Mar Beach is famous for the cement ship, Marianne’s home-made ice cream and snack shop, great body surfing, the beach and golf. All of the things you need for that “PERFECT” GETAWAY. There are also restaurants and a deli with great and varied menu choices across from the beach.PLEASE READY CAREFULLY:The two bedrooms both have king sized beds with luxury bedding, large TVs and a full bath; the master bath is ensuite.The kitchen will meet all your culinary needs, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is a newGE dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and a Cuisinart coffee pot, etc.USB plugs conveniently installed in kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms! New led overhead lighting making the condo light and bright.There is a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. All linens/blankets/bath towels are provided. The living room has a new gas fireplace/surround and is perfect for those cool nights at the ocean. The living room TV (65 inch) is loaded with channels through Comcast and there is also Wifi. We have a propane barbeque for your use on our private patio. You will have use of our private association pool which is heated May-October.The condo has one designated parking space and the street parking has no time limits.There is a flight of STAIRS down to the condo, with handrails on both sides of hallway and low-rise steps.We have exterior Ring video cameras at all doors for added safety, which are monitored constantly.The town of Aptos is just minutes away with great shopping and plenty of restaurants. Rio del Mar beach is a 5 min walk to the beach, Santa Cruz Boardwalk is just 15 minutes away and Capitola is less than ten minutes from the condo. If you like antique shopping Soquel has some really nice shops (Wisteria is my favorite all around for home decor). Gayle’s Bakery and Rosticeria in Capitola is a must to satisfy your sweet tooth! For the men there is golf at Seascape Golf Course while the ladies do some shopping.Enjoy the cool ocean breeze from your private deck with a glass of wine and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the seashore from your bedroom.By virtue of your booking you agree to abide by our House Rules.
