Be amazed by some of the best views in Sedona! Fully remodeled in 2021, this modern style home is located in the exclusive Oak Creek Canyon. New hot tub just installed! I am an Airbnb super host that is new to VRBO. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home which can accommodate up to 10 guests, is located on a quiet street surrounded by red rock and nature. Located along the Oak Creek River, you’ll pass over this beautiful flowing river as you enter the unique neighborhood. Only 4 miles from downtown Sedona, 1 mile from Side Rock Park, and 20 miles from Flagstaff.The spaceThe main level is where the garage, laundry, and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are. There is a separate full bathroom with shower that these two bedrooms share. The master bedroom and main living area are on the upper floor which require you to go up a flight of stairs. The master bedroom (king) is upstairs and has 2 vanities, bathtub and shower. On the upper level there is a trundle bed in the living area, which has two twin mattresses for use. On the front deck is a propane fire table with seating for 6. On the back upper deck is seating for 2. There is also a large covered patio in the back with seating for two or more. The kitchen table inside seats 8 (6 comfortably). There are 5 counter seats Located along the large kitchen island.
