Enjoy basketball, Pickle-ball, Pool/Pingpong, corn hole & other games!Minutes from freeway, shopping, restaurants, TPC, Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland, hiking/biking trails/parks, etc.* Guests must disclose the exact number of occupants prior to arrival. There are to be no more than 10 occupants at the property at any given time. There’s a $25 charge per person per night after 6 guests for additional incurred expenses. In case of a violation, guests will be dismissed from the property and violations will be reported.* There’s a daily charge of $150 to use the heated pool should guest choose to heat the pool. Please notify hosts ahead of check-in.
