We now have a full Sonos system with Alexa for the TV and in the bedroom. You are able to connect to this through the Sonos app on a smart phone to stream music or play content on your phone. We also purchased a new 55″ Sony XBR smart TV to view movies and other shows in full 4K resolution.We now have a new Bullfrog R6L spa to replace our older spa. Enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking and mountain biking in the summer. This home is only half of a mile from main street Breck and is an easy walk via a sidewalk.*********PRIVATE HOT TUB********** located off the patio that is for your use only!The kitchen is beautifully appointed with high end stainless steel appliances as well as granite countertops. It has everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal.The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with down pillows and a down comforter to keep you warm at night.The large bathroom is located off of the bedroom. Enjoy the jetted tub or glass enclosed *STEAM SHOWER*after a great day of hiking, skiing, or mountain biking.The living room/kitchen/dining area features a nice open floor plan that makes this property ideal for socializing in front of the gas fireplace as you cook dinner.
