This home is perfect for a large group or family to enjoy everything Grand County has to offer and more. The main level of the home features a living room with gas fireplace and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for movie night after a day on the slopes. The fully-equipped kitchen has a gas range with griddle and large island that seats four. Opposite the island is a spacious dining table that seats 6. There is additional seating on our outdoor patio. There is a powder bathroom on this level as well. Also located on the main level is the Master bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, two sinks, and walk-in closet. Sip morning coffee on the patio or grill up a feast on the outdoor BBQ. In the evening, soak your worries away in the hot tub on the lower level patio, enjoying the stars over the mountain range views.On our lower level is the second primary bedroom with King bed, ensuite two sink bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and bench, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms on the lower level feature a Queen bed in one room and robust Full over Full bunk set with Full size trundle in another room. These two guest rooms share a hallway bathroom with bathtub, shower, and two sinks. There is also a second family room on this level with a pull-out Queen sofa and large Smart TV.All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, rice cooker and waffle maker).Other Amenities:The Ranch House at Granby Ranch (5 minutes away by car) has a ping-pong table, foosball, and a fitness center with weights, treadmills, etc. Current rates for guests of Granby Ranch: $10 for a Day Pass per guest (kids 6 and under are free). Our HOA does fine and tow. Renteris responsible for any costs incurred.4. Minimum 25 years of age to rent.5. This house is smoke-free and vape-free. This is also a policy of Granby Ranch. By rentingthis house, you are agreeing to not smoke in this house. Your deposit is forfeit ifevidence of smoke is found upon check out.6. Owner and Winter Park House are not liable for damages, loss, theft, or injury to guests.The supervision and safety of all children are the direct responsibility of Guests, Parents,or Caretakers of any child on the property.7. No boats or trailers are allowed. This is HOA policy. Any fines from the home ownerassociation will be taken out of the refundable deposit.Important to note- Please be aware there is on-going construction across the street for a few houses. This is slated for completion by Fall 2024. Inside the house, the external noise is truly barely perceptible.
