Enjoy the 55-inch Samsung HD TV and DVR with premium HBO and a DVD Player. Relax with a book in the library nook on the comfortable lounge chair. Check out the action on the beach, the fishing pier, the swimming dolphins, or assorted wildlife with the telescope provided in the great room. The open style floor plan opens up to the full kitchen, which features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the basic cookware for your meal cooking. The utility room provides a full-size washer/dryer for your laundering needs.The main suite has a king bed featuring a top-of-the-line mattress. Enjoy the 40-inch Sony TV with HD DVR service, a large walk-in closet, private en suite bathroom, and separate private balcony access, which are just part of some of the luxury features of the main suite.The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a newly updated plush mattress. In addition, the storage unit is roomy enough to store any beach equipment you might bring.The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two indoor fitness centers.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony.
