This Three Bedroom Three Bath Villa is newly furnished and overlooks the 175 slip Shelter Cove Marina and Entertainment Pavilion where there is live entertainment five nights a week and fireworks every Tuesday from May throughAugust.The Living Room is newly furnished and includes a sleep sofa, two lounge chairs, flat screen TV and views of the marina. There is also a complete dining area with seating for six. The Kitchen is fully furnished with adjacent dining bar with extra seating. One bedroom is located on the first floor with private bath. On the second floor is the master bedroom with king size bed sitting area. A new master bath suite with walk-in show is attached to the master bedroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. A third bedroom is located on the second floor with attached private bath.
