A full guest bath with tub/shower leads to the queen guest room with its own private balcony. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, tv, ample closet space and ensuite bathroom with oversized shower. It, too, has its own balcony. The screened porch is perfect for a lazy nap or morning coffee along with an outside front deck with seating for 4. Four Beach chairs are included with this rental. We also provide 2 bikes. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
