The property also features an elevator so you don’t spend your time on vacation carrying groceries up and down the stairs. Enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over at the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony.3 bedrooms each have their own attached full bathroom, with a another half bath on the 3rd floor living area. The 4th floor is the newest 4th bedroom perfect for the kiddos.
