The townhome features a main living space as well as a loft, with the usual amenities you would expect in a luxury townhome: 3 TV’s, WIFI, 2 gas fireplaces and a gas grill. The home is ideal for 2 or 3 families to share. Sleeping areas are private and self-contained with views from every room and plenty of parking with a 2 car garage as well as 2 additional parking spaces in front. There are two ski lifts within immediate walking distance from the front door of the townhome and access to the Nordic ski-area is also conveniently nearby. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
