It’s the perfect location, only 4 miles from Allerton Garden, 45 minutes to the top of the Waimea Canyon and 1 hour to the North Shore.The Condo: The bright, airy, penthouse suite, comes with free Wi-Fi, large screen TV, full kitchen, a separate sitting area with a pull-out sofa bed. It is located in building 18We used the COVID shutdown to upgrade the Condo : New flat screen, wall mounted, cable TV, Installed new air conditioner. Resurfaced kitchen cabinets, New granite kitchen counters, New coffee table, end tables, console table, New fridge, microwave, dishwasher New sofa bed, chairs, lamps, Fresh paint of interiorsThis suite is a penthouse unit, and has partial views of the ocean from your furnished lanai.Ceiling fan in the sitting area.
