There is a downstairs unit that is included with this listing with a seperate entrance. The upstairs and basement both have their own private hot tub, fire pit, deck, outdoor dining, and everything else. A few things that set this place apart are the 10″ Cariloha mattresses and the luxury Cariloha sheets. There isn’t an uncomfortable bed in the entire home. Even the trundle has 8″ Cariloha mattresses. The grill and fire pit in both units run on natural gas so you don’t have to worry about running out of propane. The toilets have LUXURY heated seats and hot water bidets installed. There are mood lights set up in the living room to enhance the vibe.You’ll be in the main house off the main driveway As well as the basement unit. Turn in to the left and you’ll see the parking signs and two doors into the main house. The left door is to room #3 and right door is to the main house! You can access everything on this main level.
