If there are more guests without prior host consent, the reservation might be canceled without refund .Please be advised that we have installed security cameras to monitor the outside perimeter of the property for the safety of our guests also to comply with max capacity of the house .The jacuzzi guy and the Gardener come once a week and have access to the backyard . We put the trash bins out every Thursday night . No loud noise after 9 pm specially in the backyard per city and airbnb regulation and also out of respect to neighbors since It is a VERY quiet neighborhood. You might just think the location is convenient because it’s located in L.A., but I am here to tell you how amazing the house is itself. Peaceful green views can be enjoyed while sitting in the jacuzzi with the fountain directly next to it that includes lights and jets. The patio includes a grill for all you grill experts ready to cook some charred dinner.A relaxing patio, California birds chirping, some time in the hot tub right before the smokey dinner.—Included within the 4 bedrooms are:* Master bedroom w/ massage room, steam shower and a Sofa bed* 2nd bedroom that included full bathroom next to master bedroom* 3rd & 4th bedroom with 3 beds combined and shared bathroom on entrance level.* Beautiful chefs kitchen with gorgeous island, spices, all dish necessities including plates, dishes, silverware, cookware, wine glasses, cups , coffee maker, tea kettle and all you might need for a vacation away from home.* Pool table* Dinning area with a balcony* living room with a balcony* Powder room* Washer & Dryer* Garage for privacyIf you forgot anything at home, don’t worry about it because we got some extra shampoo for you.
