Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.The first floor Great Room is equipped with 65 inch TV and Formal Dining Room that can comfortably seat 6;Free private wfi with smart TV in 5 bedrooms;The spacious loft area features an entertainment area of theater.The unit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you arrive.*Heated pool/hot tub is option at $35/day and BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation. The two options need to be paid at least 2 days before arrival. If guests request pool heat after they arrive, $35 trip fee will be charged.* PARKING:Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted.* Trash pickupTrash must be bagged (Loose trash will not be collected and will result in a fine of $75). Bagged trash must be left at the porch in/around the brown bin, NOT ON THE STREET OR ON THE GRASS ( HOA will impose a fine of $100/day if trash is left on the grass or on the street). Trash is only picked up once a day. Please put trash out early in the morning.
