Description

This is a historic log home has been totally remodeled and offers 4,800 square feet of living space. There are seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. A large open floor plan encompasses the first floor, with an expansive living room space with a fireplace. The large windows showcase the breathtaking views of historical Walloon Lake. The large, gourmet kitchen comes equipped with all the necessities. The open living space leads out to a large patio, perfect for relaxing and watching the notorious Walloon Lake sunsets.The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king size bed, and an attached bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanity. Past the master on the first floor is another living room with a wet bar, half bath, and plenty of seating to relax and watch TV. Upstairs, there are six more bedrooms and three full bathrooms.This home is a little past Walloon Lake Village. It is in the perfect location to either run to Boyne City or Petoskey. The beach area is level and sandy. There is a dock to park your boat, or rent one from the local Walloon Village boat rentals. Cable and wi-fi are included, minimum age to reserve is 30.
