The main floor full bath contains a combined shower/tub.The bedroom on the top level(3rd floor )contains 2 full beds. This bedroom also contains its own private full bath with a combined shower/tub.The kitchen, dining, and living space make up the other half of the main floor. The kitchen has been recently upgraded with an induction stove, convection oven, and fridge/freezer with dual ice makers. The living room contains a U shaped couch facing a 70″ smart tv and with views of the water. Through the living room, you can access a balcony with comfortable patio furniture overlooking the pool and the bay. The perfect place to sip your morning coffee while looking for dolphins, manatees, and other sea life.The bottom floor is long garage that can easily fit two cars and contains an extra fridge/freezer. Through the garage, you will access the pool and private patio with chairs and a Weber propane grill. There is a private elevator that covers all three floors and a full washer and dryer on the top level.Only a 1/3 of a mile walk to the beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The famous Pier 60 and marina with all the tour boats are both just a short walk.
